Worked in a field service delivery department as a Network Security Engineer designing and implementing security solutions for large enterprise customers. Solutions include Data Loss Prevention, Mail gateways, Web Security Gateways, SIEM and security appliances for medium and large enterprise customers. Supported vendors include Symantec, Websense, Proof Point, Blue Coat, McAfee, RSA and others. Also Develop and write documentation, process and SOP for various internal programs and Technical Services department. Maintain and develop technical aspect of POC program and appliance builds. Travel to customer locations when necessary and provide remote assistance.
