Area of Engagement: Level Up Student Experience Program Responsibilities: Event/Project Management - Create exceptional student experiences through programming and online engagement with students who are participating in the Level Up program. Assist with the development and coordination of events hosted as part of the Level Up program including Lunch and Learns and a variety of workshops. Requires incumbent coordination and communication with various public speakers and student clubs including on-campus departments (such as Campus Planning and Facilities, Food Services and Media Services) to ensure that room bookings, food orders, and technical/logistic equipment needs are met. Moderate the Level Up D2L organization and all of its components (StrengthsFinder, ThriveRU and ConnectRU). Assessment - Facilitate the continued growth of the Level Up program with the creation of innovative ways that assess progress through the program.Community Building - Liaise with the various on-campus departments (such as all units in Student Life, Student Housing Services, Athletics and Ryerson Faculties) to ensure that Level Up is a cohesive and consistent experience for students.Research and Innovation - Research and assist with the implementation of trends and best practices in experiential learning and student engagement.
