Operations Manager at FPH Group. I have been afforded great opportunity through my workplace to develop my skill set over the last twelve years. From starting on the floor, picking parts and kitting jobs to be completed it allowed me to better understand our product and was a great gateway for my roles ahead. I quickly moved into Customer Support which allowed me to interact with our internal and external customer base and begin to grow relationships. I enjoy working in a team environment and inspiring others to achieve their goals. After years spent in CS, I had an opportunity to move into a sales position which allowed me to further grow my relationships and expand my skill set. After a few years in Business Development, I had an opportunity to move into Program Management which I also obtained my PMP in February 2020. This was a natural fit for me as my previous roles and relationships allowed me to be very successful as the "quarterback" of the team. Every day was spent interacting and communicating with all our departments, including Production, Materials, Engineering and Finance. After three years spent in PM, I landed the Operations Manager position. Responsible for Materials, Production, Engineering and HR. Over the years I've gained excellent problem solving, scheduling, motivation and customer service skills that have improved departmental profitability and employee job satisfaction. My experience in supply chain has given me a strong base for successful decision making in a high stress, fast-paced environment.
