EPC CM contract providing full-spectrum services for a modern mega project. Responsible for leading and growing teams to provide long range and near-term planning activities in preparation to execute large scale new construction including modifications through the turnover.

Responsible for all management levels for a growing craft workforce supporting maintenance and construction of nuclear facilities. Maintain activities, deployment, and general personnel management for craft resources from twelve New Mexico building trades unions.

Deputy group leader for the central shops. Manage central shop facilities for iron and sheet metal fabrication along with the paint and carpentry shops. Responsible to provide oversight and deployment of 9 New Mexico Building Trades Union Craft (Pipefitters, Electricians, Carpenters, Roofers, Flooring Installers, Painters, Iron Workers, Insulators and Sheet Metal) in support of maintenence and construction work perfomed in support of national security for LANL.

Responsible to lead, deploy and mentor the construction management group for field superintendents. Reviewed and approved construction estimates and work packages. Served as chair of ALDCP WESST (worker environment safety and security team). Worked closely with others to put together hiring teams responsible for hiring over 60 people in less than one year (construction managers and superintendents) to staff a highly critical set of construction activities. Coordinated vendor training for OSHA classes for CM, SUPT, STR, and START-UP). Responsible for conducting PIC oral boards and yearly performance reviews. Also performed functional and constructibility reviews of critical designs.

Responsible for field execution of self-perform and contracted construction for major facility modifications. Successfully completed many large modifications from $50K to over $2M. Most projects were in hazardous environments that included waste characterization and SWPPP plans. Included level 1 PPE with respirator for RAD areas, asbestos, lead and beryllium contamination areas. Heavy electrical and mechanical modifications included 13kV switchgear upgrades, electrical controls (BAS), overhead cranes, and medium to large commercial HVAC installations (chillers, split systems, and standard refrigeration. Laboratory additions including glovebox and fume hood installations and upgrades. Mitsubishi City-Multi certification. Also supervised many high-risk rigging and hoisting operations including up to a 30ton piece of equipment.

Responsible for direct oversight of deployed field service personnel. Included oversight of drilling, completion, and horizontal execution projects. Oversight of D&D of decommissioned facilities including subcontractor oversight and SWPPP requirements. Contracted surface contamination well surveys and soil remediation. Responsible for existing facility maintenence and project upgrades. Responsible for new facility contracting and construction including CAPEX approvals.

Project Engineer responsible for field deployments of field personnel including monitoring. Responsible for working closely with customer engineering groups to tailor design drilling fluid systems to complete well construction per design. Responsible for quarterly reviews and new technology presentations.

Manufacturing line operator for industrial cabinet manufacturing. Union trade position. Responsible for construction of institutional casework and installation. Responsible for new machine installation, set-up, testing and training. Line operators are responsible to control line assembly speed, quality, and overall performance. Responsible to adjust priorities as needed to coordinate with shipping.
