Onboard & manage InnoVint software through entire winemaking process to ensure successful flow of business structure and responsible for the success of end of year Tax and Trade Bureau reporting. Assists winemaker in daily winery activities & responsible for managing all bulk wine and dry good inventories. Oversees costing for all dry goods, labor and laboratory analysis within winery and applies into InnoVint. Plan all activities from fruit procurement to final packaged product resulting in successful streamlined production. Coordinates with all third-party raw material suppliers and grape growers the purchase of necessary winery dry good materials, fruit contracts and bottling packaging supplies.

During harvest: report daily harvest juice/wine analysis, tank rackings and barrel down movements to winemakers. Perform bottling QC and analysis in a timely and precise fashion.

Operates laboratory instruments such as auto-titrator, refractometer, chem-well, density meter, acid balances, turbidimeters, and other instruments as required to perform duties.
