This has decreased reported malicious email by 50%. • Use Qualys to identify critical vulnerabilities and ensure that these patches are installed. • Cisco Umbrella (to identify high-risk apps and block the potentially risky apps and sites from being used).• Runbooks and playbooks• Setting up Phishing awareness training for users.

• Helped improve the companies Office 365 secure score by an extra 42%• Improved the overall security by making sure all devices are encrypted• Windows Server Update Services.• Ubuntu 18.04 – 20.04 for desktops and providing support.• Dealing with security issues – Phishing emails and end user awareness.
