I shaped the strategic direction of business operations, driving operational excellence and talent development aligned with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).In this role, I established an operational excellence program that drove business transformation and innovation, developing the company’s first 100-page "Continuous Improvement Playbook." This initiative set a clear program vision, exceeded cost-saving targets with over $8M in savings within four years, and secured executive endorsement for a global rollout as a business-wide best practice.I also served as a multi-site operations leader, driving strategy, change management, and operational excellence during a site closure and product line migration, resulting in over $3M in annual savings for the business.I attribute my success to strategic thinking and data-driven leadership, fueled by a passion for people, processes, and performance excellence, along with a deep understanding of end-to-end business operations.
