I am a FullStack Web Developer with over 6 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst. I recently earned a certification in software development and I am currently working on projects using JavaScript, React, and SQL and currently learning Python. My passion for development grew while working as an active member of a QA team. It was there that I collaborated with project managers, iOS, Android, and Web application developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to evaluate and test web applications. For years, I have done manual testing, test plan development, accessibility testing, software processes, and quality-focused methodologies. I enjoyed my work, but being able to build things rather than break them is so much more rewarding! I have always loved being creative and coding allows me to have an outlet for that creativity. When I am not busy in front of the computer, you will find me in front of a piano. As a dual degree graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in piano performance and a Bachelor of Arts degree in German, I am well organized with a focus on details. As a piano performance major, I also studied collaborative piano, working with students and ensembles. These opportunities required me to work with students with vocal and instrumental curricula, allowing me to develop organizational, planning, and communication skills. All of which provided me with the skills to successfully work within a team environment. I completed my Master of Music degree in Piano Performance at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.As a German major, I worked closely with different cultures. I spent a semester in Germany, studying at the University of Dresden.
