Technical Program Manager for the Secure Connectivity team. Lead program engineer of numerous powertrain and vehicle systems projects for commercial, military, and off highway customers. Typical project duties consisted of• Leading a large skilled team of engineers / technicians / designers to deliver products and services dictated by customer requirements and deliverables• Customer Single Point of Contact for all technical issues• Provided project budget and resource forcasting for senior management reviews• Responsible for the technical design sign-off and project execution

Build lead vehicle design engineer responsible for leading a small team of design engineers and designers to ensure products meet customer requirments, deliverable timing and budget. These projects included:• Developed driveline and propshaft layouts to identify transfer case drop lengths in order to optimize joint angles for increased durability and efficiency. • Completed various powertrain layouts for clean sheet vehicle design as well as powertrain performance upgrades. Powertrain layouts included designing and performing finite element analysis on engine mount systems, transmission couplings, and new FEAD brackets.

Project engineer for the Ricardo future tactical truck joint program with Navistar defense. Responsible for the powertrain layout which consisted of a parrallel hybrid architecture. In addition performed occupant layouts per mil-specifiaction-1472 which includes pedal positioning, obscuration zones, line of sight, downvision, and male and female percentile ergonomics.
