Founded the company in August of 2003 and was responsible for the overall direction of the companies business in Brasil. Responsibilities include acquisition and development of income producing properties for investment, asset management and, ultimately, the disposition of real estate assets for the company and its clients. Business track record: 2006- Led the divestment of over US$20.0 mm in fixed real estate assets for ExxonMobil/Brasil. 2007- Negotiated a US$150 mm joint venture agreement for KimCo Realty Corporation with a local Brazilian partner.

Joint Venture agreement between Kidd Co and TCC. Served as country manager for TCC transactional activities in Brasil. Transaction Manager for the Exxon Mobil retail account Brasil, responsible for all acquisitions, divestments and lease renewals. Point of contact with key management, coordination and task distribution with local service providers. Supervision included the coordination, management and assistance in effectuating the acquisition of real estate marketing service for TCC in the Market Area, so to enable TCC to focus its activities based upon the needs of clients.
