While developing the irrigation business within the existing landscaping division, I work side by side with our sales team and landscape design staff to estimate project costs, educate on irrigation requirements for projects as well as work with our crews in the field. As a manager I supervise the landscape crews and irrigation technicians in irrigation repairs and enhancements, and supervise any and all irrigation installations. Aside from managing in the field, my focus is to ensure on time installations with satisfied customers while also creating business growth in the irrigation and landscape division. This growth includes developing plans and strategies for marketing, customer service needs and working to manage day to day operations for multiple departments.

As a Water Manager, it is our job to be the face of Banyan Water. We work around the clock monitoring and managing irrigation schedules for our clients’ properties on a proactive basis. We use a web-based system to review all irrigation flows, schedules, alerts and any irregularities that may arise. Water Managers also work proactively to manage and resolve any issues for our customers and track the water use efficiency and evaluate water savings opportunities on an ongoing basis.Aside from the technical side of the position, Water Managers oversee and manage their projects all the way from installation, to any site specific needs a customer may have. Water Managers work and interact with property management and landscapers in order to provide account management on a daily to weekly basis, as needed by each customer. The ultimate goal of Banyan Water is to deliver a great client experience resulting in water savings while obtaining an attractive and healthy landscape.
