With over 14 years of work experience in the military and maritime industries, I am a skilled and versatile Marine Boarding Agent at Wrist Ship Supply. I have a strong background in information technology, which I leverage to advise the Sales Manager on customer issues and expectations, and to ensure accurate and consistent deliveries within the ports. I am passionate about supporting and maintaining relationships with key accounts, and maximizing sales opportunities within them.In my current role, I use my attention to detail, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills to identify, evaluate, and analyze opportunities within my current accounts. I also coordinate with the Sales Manager and the Operations team to provide the best service and solutions for our customers.
