During my time as a Service Desk Lead at IAPP I did a complete overhaul of the Service Desk, drastically improving customer satisfaction and reliability. My daily tasks included but were not limited to mentoring/leading the service desk team, identifying shortcomings and improving them with coaching and automation and creating new processes, functioning as level 1, 2 and 3 support, acted as an escalation point, project management, designing and building and implementing Intune, migrating our on-prem financial system to Azure, Azure Networking, Azure Backups, Passwordless rollout, SSO for Enterprise Applications, and much more.

During my time with GSC IT, I functioned as the primary help desk technician handling day to day calls and lead several projects. Those included but are not limited to building and deploying Intune into a clients environment as well as building and deploying and migrating to a new documentation platform called IT Glue. In this role I would handle simple request such as account lock outs and employee onboardings and offboardings to handling security issues relating to spam/phishing attacks, managing Exchange (On-Prem and Online), managing clients Active Directories, backups, servers, networks, etc.
