Led an international team that provided personnel and operations support for 45 personnel and eight military helicopters. Responsible for maintaining and enforcing standards, ensuring training objectives are met, developing unit personnel, all administrative functions, and ensuring the health, welfare, and morale of the unit and their Families.

Conducted inspections of Active Army and Reserve Component aviation units in the area of operations; directed all team automation requirements; coordinated inspection scheduling, logistics, and travel arrangements; prepared reports, briefs, and executed all administrative functions.

Led the airspace control team for the Army National Training Center. Developed standard operations procedures; implemented airspace utilization policies; communicated to airspace users safety protocols and requirements to safely utilize shared airspace.

Led an international team that provided oversight on organizational operations plan development, synchronization, and execution for the only Airfield Operations Battalion on the Korean peninsula.

Supervised an Operations section that managed and tracked the records, training, and budget requirements for 60 personnel and eight military helicopters equipped to deploy worldwide on short notice. Responsible for coordinating and providing resources for all mission support requirements including scheduling and making travel arrangements.
