As President of Sales for Becker Roofing & Construction my responsibility is to create a sales strategy for driving revenue growth. Within that responsibility I am dealing with multiple factors such as: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and providing ongoing training. Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to enhance business opportunities. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess competition. Sales Performance: Set sales targets and monitor performance metrics to ensure objectives are met. Budget Management: Oversee sales budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and project management, to ensure seamless service delivery. Reporting: Provide regular reports to the executive team on sales performance, market conditions, and business development efforts.This role requires strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to drive results in a competitive environment.
