Brandon is the Insights and Operations Partner and Chief of Staff for Gusto's Employers Segment, which serves ~200,000 customers. His primary responsibilities are to drive cross-functional strategic projects and operational excellence for Gusto’s business teams, serving as a cross between Business Operations, Chief of Staff, Integration M&A, and Corporate Strategy. He's passionate about solving Gusto's most pressing and important problems. Brandon previously worked in Deloitte Consulting's Customer and Marketing practice, gaining expertise in growth, go-to-market, and portfolio strategy and planning, customer and consumer experience, and program and project management. He has experience managing multi-national, strategic projects helping Life Sciences companies develop and bring to market innovative therapies, Technology firms create cutting-edge customer engagement strategies, and Nonprofit and Social Sector clients undertake business model and strategy transformation.He completed his MBA at the Kellogg School of Management, graduating as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business. The intersection of sports and business remains a true passion of his and he's gained hands-on experience through project work with the Stanford Athletics Department and Tampa Bay Rays.
