Leader of 2 software development divisions that are responsible for researching, scoping, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Global Energy Trading & Scheduling solutions. Direct management responsibility for a multi-national software development, deployment, and support teams. I revamped division strategic goals, identified and implemented software development and deployment process changes, and created the next level leadership to scale the organization for future growth. This resulted in a significant increase in team consistency, efficiency (99% execution rate) and customer satisfaction.

During my tenure, I grew the revenue of the product team by 4x in 2 years through demonstrating software capabilities to potential clients and assisted in closing multi-million-dollar software licensing deals. I grew the software organization from 10 FTE to 30+ FTE, including Developers, Analysts, Consultants, and leaders
