In this tactical AM/PM role, I support Parakeeto's Consulting team through our profitability audits, along with the setting up (and ongoing maintenance) of profitability reporting systems for our clients (mainly digital service firms).In this role, I'm currently:- Resource planning for our Delivery team- Managing timelines/budgets- Managing client interactions- Onboarding all new clients- Owning our PM Tool (Asana) with all of the templates and processes behind it- Responsible for a set of quarterly KPIs on delivery efficiency and process improvementsAnd end up wearing a few other hats here and there.
