I am currently a HR Generalist for BASF/ECMS. I have been with the company for 14 years. I started off as a contingent operations technician in 2010. I became a full-time employee in 2012. After 2 years I was promoted to a shift supervisor in 2014. After working as a shift supervisor for 3 years I became the Operations Coordinator for the unit. As operations coordinator I was successful and showed my ability to communicate and the ability to motivate employees to create the change needed for the unit. This helped me be identified by my leader and I was given the opportunity to lead our operations safety program at the site. I was identified as an asset to the site and became known as a cultural influence for the site. After a year in a half of success as the ERP facilitator I was successful interviewing for the role as HR generalist. Which is my current role at the site.
