Born and raised in Virginia, Brandon has a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Life University and a Master’s Degree in Athletic Training from Florida International University. For over a decade, Brandon has been studying and perfecting his knowledge of movement and physical fitness. He’s worked with high school and college athletic programs as an athletic trainer, as well as some of South Florida’s top sports medicine and physical therapy centers. MXP Training was created out of Brandon’s passion and drive to guide and educate his clients on healthy habits that create a healthy lifestyle. He began working 1:1 with clients and quickly expanded his business into group training classes and eventually into corporate and residential community wellness programs. Under MXP Training, Brandon created, The Manley Experience, which is his own personal approach to fitness and training that draws from his athletic trainer experience and years of 1:1 client experience. He educates every member of MXP Training in this approach to ensure every client achieves powerful results, whether you are working with Brandon 1:1 or an MXP Training instructor, you will get the consistent approach that’s unique to MXP Training. Brandon is has CSCS, FMT Performance, ATC certifications and makes his home in Miami, FL. He is an avid weight lifter, chef, foodie and self proclaimed “couch potato”.
