At times this could be around 40 people. Reviewing creative briefs, facilitating weekly WIP meetings, aligning calendars and working closely with our Executive Creative Director to ensure concepts were to a high standard. Ensured concepts were on brief, on budget and on time. Leading and setting up our project management process for the agency through ClickUp.
