When my father started our company back in 1986 I was 9 years old, I spent my entire childhood from that point on watching and learning how the business was ran and started working on our equipment, organizing our shop and doing simple tasks like taking inventory at a very early age. I started mastering the skills of the trade such as shot blasting, rolling and troweling as soon as I could drive, working on job sites some days after school and most weekends. When I turned 18 and graduated high school I hit the road full time preping and installing concrete coatings and diamond polishing concrete slabs in facilities all across the nation. There isn't much I haven't seen in regards to concrete maintenance and restoration but I'm always on the lookout. I ventured into sales in my mid twenties and by my early thirties I was a big part of managing the whole operation which I still do to this day.

After installing in the industrial world for over 20 years I wanted to broaden my horizon and offer my custom high end decorative systems so I started epoxy floor store. I'm having a blast doing all the unique custom floors for individuals and small businesses as much as or even more than doing the large projects in facilities!
