I'm currently training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in order to become a certified health coach. My goal is to help interested health-seekers achieve their optimal health by analyzing and incorporating an individualized holistic approach towards nutrition and lifestyle ( i.e. relationships, spirituality, and exercise). In order to find your best individual nutrition (i.e. bio-individual diet) I will encourage you to make specific changes while we are working together that are based on the latest information on hundreds of studied dietary theories, while also balancing that knowledge with your own personal health history, ancestral lineage, and blood type markers. Throughout our work together I will help support you and assist you with guidelines for how to shop, cook, and choose healthy food that works for you and allows you to reach new heights and expand health into other areas of your life.

I participate at the Metropolitan Opera as a full-time chorister, currently in my 4th season. I'm a bass-baritone and sing in most of the operas that involve chorus at the Met throughout the season. We start rehearsing in late July or early August to prepare for the season which opens in late September and closes in May. As a chorister, we sing in a variety of languages (Italian, French, German, Russian, sometimes Czech) and play a number of different roles which keeps us on our toes and always challenged. I'm very fortunate to have the opportunity to sing side by side with the worlds top talent at the Met.

We are very involved in the community and happy to be considered the longest operated cupcake-only shop in Chicago.
