Administers and manages large critical complex accounts. Ensures compliance requirements and monitors transactions. Ensures the accurate establishment, administration and operation of the accounts. Responsible for reading and interpreting complex trust and other legal documents in order to identify administrative requirements and responsibilities. Ensures compliance with regulatory and risk management policies. Acts as a resource to newer account managers.

Responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. Provides primary client contact, proactive communication and consultation, and coordination of internal partners for the effective delivery of Corporate Trust products and services. Provides limited support for new account sales with individual goals for sales to existing customers. Ensures customer satisfaction through designing and implementing a relationship plan that meets customer needs. Duties include: representing Corporate Trust Service in developing and maintaining client relationships; selling and promoting Corporate Trust Service products and services to existing clients; contractual document review, negotiation, and closing coordination.
