I am currently a University at North Texas(UNT) engineering student aspiring to become a construction manager. I am a team builder and love to build positive relationships with co-workers and those I manage/supervise. I am a focused leader who believes in, not only staying focused, but helping guide my team towards efficiently meeting our bigger goals. I take great pride in the work that I do and really take the mission and vision of every company I work for to heart. I have experience working alongside and with many other construction managers, which has influenced my management skills. As a manager, I have a history of creating a culture where my co-workers enjoy work. I also strive to help assure all co-workers are achieving goals in a way that is efficient and effective. Between the extensive learning I have gained from UNT and my previous positions, I feel I would be a great asset to any company.
