I have created and managed schedules, managed all aspects of safety while ensuring high quality finished projects within several Hospital campuses. These projects include:5 month 3 phase Maternity Dept, lobby upgrade, cafeteria remodel. Maryvale Hospital4 month CT/RF within active imaging department in St Josephs MOB.4 month Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy department. This project was necessary for part of the entire Imaging Realignment project within St Josephs Hospital.Outpatient Imaging Dept. 8 month duration. St Josephs Hospital. Included equipment from both Seimens and GE as well as one relocated RF Room. Equipment installed during this construction were PET CT, CT, Nuc Med, Stereotactic, ultrasound, MRI, Rad x ray and RF. 20 Bay Pre and Post Op Recovery Unit, at St Josephs Hospital as part of the Imaging realignment project.2nd Floor Imaging department 2 year duration St Josephs Hospital. Equipment installed during this project included GE and Phillips equipment: Equipment installed during this project included 2 CT's, 1 Angio room, and 1 Rad Room. This also included new doctors offices, staff lounge, lockers/restrooms/showers, Reading Room, and waiting area.3 Month EP Cath Lab within active Cath Lab Department. St Josephs Hospital. 5 Month Hybrid OR with a new sterilizer room and AHU. This Hybrid OR was built with extremely tight clearances above ceiling. Due to existing structural conditions some clearances were as small as 1/2 inch. BIM coordination was implimented to help with installation of systems. Current Project includes a four floor expansion to an existing tower, a complete demo and remodel of the 2nd floor into a MOSU with 20 patient rooms. Additional Pre Op bays and Pac U unit upgrade to support the 3 new CVOR's. ED Resussitation room to accomodate Trauma 1 certification. A new Clinical classroom along with new Surgery and ICU support/waiting areas.
