• Communicate with customers, outside agencies and municipalities to schedule utility projects • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner • Enter daily activities and records within the GIS company portal • Protect and monitor company facilities from third party damages to ensure public safety and proper operations • Skillfully manage company projects and ensure third party contractors are following rules, regulations and timelines • Responsible for payroll for third party contractors, law enforcement and traffic control • Create and configure blueprints for company projects • Installing, maintaining and repairing all types of natural gas mains and services• Installing materials used for corrosion protection • Respond to all gas emergency calls to make necessary repairs on and off business hours • Maintain proper operating pressure within given territory• Maintain a working knowledge of regulatory requirements (OSHA, DOT, EPA and state regulations)

• Inspect, maintain and repair all facilities in territory, including, but not limited to pipelines, compressor, and measurement facilities • Create gas handling and safety plans • Troubleshoot compressor and pipeline systems• Perform inspection duties on all company and third-party construction projects done in and around the pipelines and right of way• Ensure public complaints and requests are addressed and settled • Utilize all aspects of New Jerseys one call system (responding to emergencies and protecting company facilities)

• Fabrication, installation and demolition of industrial pipelines and commercial piping systems • Experience in stick welding pipe ranging from 2 inches to 36 inches as well as various forms of structural steel • Pressure testing of piping systems hydrostatically as well as using compressed air or nitrogen

• Selling both new and used cars as well as finance and related product• Selling and promoting Finance, Insurance products and Paint Protection• Demonstrating vehicles to customers, including taking them for drives• Reporting to the vehicle Sales Manager on activities, reviews and analyses• Meeting customers face to face and holding sales discussions • Writing up sales contracts• Monitored and recorded inventory for the dealership• Communicated with customers to schedule service appointments, provide loaners cars and shuttle services
