Hybrid onsite IT Support for Denver plant and remote IT Support for users at all Mittera plants.Help Desk portal/ticket system and remote support for users across all company locations. Collaborate with IT Support team in daily, weekly and monthly meetings to establish and execute short and long term goals and associated tasks. Configure/deploy new desktop PCs/laptops to users in accordance with company policies.Assist users with relative software environment, security policies, network assets, printers, etc. Diagnose computer/device issues, upgrade, repair or replace as needed. Admin User accounts in Active Directory, Office 365/Exchange, Azure AD, LogMeIn, FTP, Citrix, Adobe and various other software used across the company. Thin client management including reconfigurations as needed post acquisitions. Assist team with network domain and O365 migration efforts during acquisitions. Network connectivity troubleshooting, tracing/adding network lines, basic switch ports configuration. Administrate site phone system (PBX and VOIP): configure devices, extensions, voicemail, hunt groups.Administrate site access control systems: troubleshoot power/connectivity issues, card/pin access management, schedules.

Primary Duties: Platemaking department utilizing Kodak Prinergy, Kodak Trendsetter, Kodak Lotem Platesetters, K-Station Ink Keys for press, and production of NAPP Spot UV plates for three 40" Komori Lithrone presses.Secondary Duties: Digital Prepress support for Large format department, custom box/carton prototype and mock-up design using iCut, Artios CAD templates and an Esko cutter.
