Assisted in creating and carrying out the Pool Techs business plan, including a franchise store and pool service. Implemented software and system to promote the success of the company, Management of all facets of the business including: IT, Human Resources, Advertising, all accounting responsibility, inventory management, costumer service, and web design (www.pooltechs.biz).

Responsible for the management of chargeback’s and reversals through the major credit companies. Created rebuttals to these disputes and in certain instances worked directly with the customers and credit companies to resolve the credit issues. Kept amount lost due to charge backs less than .01% of the company’s gross income. Served as assistant to executive officers and took charge of special projects. Initiated asset management and asset control programs for the entire company.

Served as a missionary and assistant to the President of the mission. Provided assistance and aid to the people in these communities while also providing leadership and training to 200+ missionaries within the mission boundaries.
