Whilst working in the rides department at THORPE PARK, i learned a lot about customer service and how to interact with many different people. The duties involved are following health and safety guidelines to load, offload and send rides in a safe manner, interaction with guests to make their day memorable, cleaning, ensuring the ride and its surrounding are and queue lines are presentable.

As a show host for THORPE PARK fright nights, the park was working in partnership with Lionsgate to bring horror films to life with live actors. My duties as an actor was to scare guests as they came through the maze but doing so in a safe manner. This was a very physically demanding job as well as being one with a very high amount of customer interaction.

Whilst working at Vue Cinema which was very customer based and involved a lot of customer interaction. My work duties included; serving customers as a customer assistant in ticket sales, food and drink sales, marketing for films, screen inspections, cleaning and customer interaction

During my time with Lapland UK, my role was acting as christmas elf doing various jobs for Father Christmas. This was a very hands on job, interacting with lots of young children, disabled people of all ages and families.

The compass group is a large company which caters for Kempton Park, Sandown Park, Epsom, Ascot racecourses and many other large venues. As a waiter i would serve food, wait tables, prepare desserts, make coffees and take payments. As a barman i would make drinks and take payments.
