I very much enjoyed my experience at Pretesting this summer. On a daily basis, I watched, organized, and analyzed consumer habits through the film obtained through their patented Saccadic Eye Movement Technology. This innovative technology adeptly tracks the eyes of consumers as they shop through a store, tracking exactly what they focus on and creating common patterns. I helped the Pretesting team notice several repeated consumer trends-- such as the consumers' tendency to only look at perfume bottles on the top shelf--and used the behavioral data of our participants to represent the overall client market.
