Successfully created a Microsoft Outlook integrated product called Meeting Planner, a web based event management and facilities management tool, being used in 65 different countries. Emergingsoft was acquired in 2007 by a software publisher, later acquired by EMS, and now is currently part of Accruent, LLC, a global leader in facility management.

At USPS, designed and developed a mail training product for US Postal Service employees. At NCS, designed and developed an on-line registration program for global distribution to all HP printers worldwide. At EBNX, created data import/export modules for healthcare data from Mainframe to Unix.

Designed and developed the complete interactive voice response system (including database modeling with IVR code) to help Northwest Airlines provide stock options trading to their 40,000 employees within a 4 day period. Designed and developed the interactive voice response module for Humana Healthcare to allow their 17,000 employees to change their healthcare information from a phone.

At American Express, designed and developed a relational database application in FoxPro for Windows to allow the financial management division to maintain their stock investment data. At American Express, designed and developed a Term Life Insurance product for American Express to allow the financial planner to produce term life insurance policies. Received a “Superior Performance” (highest rating) consultant rating and Chairman’s Award for Quality from American Express.

Designed, coded in C and Pascal, and implemented a more efficient and reliable copy protection for software products. Designed and developed a computer aided testing software using DOS w/ GUI, which allowed the students to answer questions on the computer screen using either the mouse or the keyboard.
