I’m fascinated by the customer journey- from prospective customer to raving fan. With experience in sales and marketing, I’ve gained a passion for defining and articulating a brand’s story through developed and integrated marketing plans with a strong understanding of the need for cross-functional collaboration between the two functions. This curiosity in the customer journey started while working on political campaigns as a volunteer going to door-to-door before becoming a campaign manager organizing and recruiting volunteers, managing social media, and creating campaign outreach strategies.
