With over four years of experience in managing and developing strategic fielding and policy for counter-small unmanned aerial systems (C-sUAS) and counter-rocket, artillery, and mortar (C-RAM) capabilities for the United States Air Force (USAF) and the United States Space Force (USSF), I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to enhance the joint warfighting capability and security of our installations. I have a master's degree in organizational leadership with an emphasis on technology and data analytics, and I am certified in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace, inclusive and ethical leadership, and remote pilot operations. I have a strong interest in organizational behavior, human machine interface, and disruptive technologies, and how they can shape the future of defense and security.As the manager of the SF Training Branch/Weapons & Tactics at HQ USAF A4SO, I oversee the formulation and execution of strategic fielding for USAF and USSF C-sUAS programs, supporting the joint warfighting capability development and guiding the service efforts with the Joint C-sUAS Office (JCO) to develop C-sUAS/C-RAM area defense capabilities for USAF and USSF installations. I also lead the service and established law compliance coordination with other-governmental agencies, such as the FAA and the FCC, in support of developing C-sUAS capabilities. Previously, I served as the Department of the Air Force 10 USC 130i Coordinator at the Defensive Base Operations Division/HQ USAF A4S, where I was the liaison to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy (OUSD (P)) for USAF and USSF 10 USC 130i coordination and programmatic oversight. I represented USAF and USSF installations and equities to inform policy and program maturation in coordination with various stakeholders within the National Air Space (NAS). In both roles, I leveraged my skills in organizational leadership, technology and data analytics, and C-sUAS/C-RAM strategic fielding to deliver effective and innovative solutions for the defense and security of our nation.
