Customer satisfaction is my primary goal when facing event production. Naturally a new client can be nervous or unsure about their events outcome but its our job as AV professionals to stay cool, collected, and give them the confidence they need to know everything will work out perfectly. Flawless execution during the show is a must and I like to surround myself with serious professionals who share the same expectations.My background is in Production but I enjoy all aspects of Audio Video & Lighting. I am currently in Fort Lauderdale, FL. I am currently a full time systems engineer for a wonderful company, 5th Element. I also work as a freelance Lighting Programmer and Media Server Operator using the grandMA2 console for local Television stations Univision and Telemundo. Its great to network with like minded people in the industry and I always keep my options open for new experiences and challenges in this ever changing land scape.
