My professional career has been driven by my passion for motorsports. I started wrenching on cars as soon as I could drive and supported my hobby by working in various manufacturing roles. I started my career as a temporary worker with Kubota immediately after my high school graduation. I knew I wanted to grow and I obtained my Associate's degree in Motorsports Vehicle Technology in 2007. This allowed me to work as a professional racecar mechanic in a very high-paced environment with a strong attention to detail and safety. I later found better opportunities by coming back into the manufacturing world and combined all of my skills to continue building a strong mechanical background. I strive on root cause analysis and breakdown elimination to increase machine productivity, overall efficiency, and ultimately "winning the race" with strong KPI's. My most recent maintenance leadership role at Mars allowed me to:- Build excellent data collection and analysis through SAP/ATLAS- Support team growth and BUILD CAPABILITIES - Strategic planning with minimal machine downtime- Management of continuous improvements and increased safety - Tracking and staying within budget by reducing unnecessary parts replacement and finding true root causes for breakdowns and stopsAnd now in 2024, here we are. I left Mars-Wrigley to pursue my lifelong dream of starting my own business. When ChatGPT launched in November 2022, I started playing around with it. I asked it for advice for future business ideas. It asked for my background and education and it came up with this, ReeDesign MFG. A Technical Resource Team that supports ALL of the manufacturing facilities in North GA.And so it began. "ChatGPT, please give me the steps, in full detail, to start my own business in the state of GA, providing parts and technical support to large factories." ChatGPT gave me every single step to build my dream. My CPA and business attorney have been blown away by the precision and accuracy that my little AI assistant has been delivering. April 2024 will mark my first anniversary for ReeDesign MFG and with the business model being a success, I'm pretty sure we'll be here for years to come. Stay tuned!!
