During my first spring at Pioneer Hills Marine I was one of five new technicians hired to perform cleaning and detailing. By the end of that cleaning season, I was the only technician that management decided to keep for the remainder of that year. During that fall, I was promoted to shrink wrapping and asked to return the following year. None of the shrink wraps fell apart that winter.My second season I was placed in charge of teaching a team of new technicians and was more accountable for finishing boats in a timely manner. Not a single boat was finished behind schedule that season. That fall I once again shrink wrapped boats, in addition to teaching another shrink wrapper.
