Receiving the position of Operations Support at Wilcox Safety and Signs allowed me to experience working in a small business environment for the first time, aswell as gain new skills and experiences in more 'professional' administration tasks. In turn, this helped grow my confidence in decision making and problem solving, as on a day-to-day basis I was responsible for making many decisions without the assistance of a supervisor. Additionally, I was given the opportunity to work with promotional material such as planograms and different forms of advertising throughout the store.
