“Treat others as you want to be treated.” Great customer service makes people feel great. It sticks with you, and encourages you to pass it on. This is something I learned early on as a customer from all the service employees who gave me the very best assistance. Then, in my quest over the last decade to consistently give the best in class customer experience, I was also able to learn more about myself along the way.My childhood passion of building LEGO was replaced with a love of problem solving on a larger operational and logistical level. My desire to help people transformed into a love of leadership and helping not only customers but coworkers as well.I’ve been fortunate to be in roles with challenges along the way, allowing me to continue growing personally and professionally, and am looking to continue my journey at a company I can grow with.
