• Lead a team of eight direct reports responsible for inventory procurement and replenishment across several product categories supporting all US Best Buy Stores and eCommerce channels- Work shoulder to shoulder with Demand Planning Analysts and leaders to plan and implement inventory strategies in support of company initiatives and goals. - Expert in processes and systems related store replenishment for multiple businesses including both hardware and accessory categories.- Act as a liaison between the business groups and Operations to bridge process and systems gaps and improve overall inventory metrics and performance.- Coach and mentor multiple teams of analysts and ways to optimize their inventory business performance as well as on professional and career development.- Bring a holistic Supply Chain perspective to the business teams and coach an end to end view when planning inventory.
