· Responsibilities included handling all grand opening tasks which were: equipment & furniture orders, inventory orders (food & bar), marketing strategies, system & payroll set up, staff recruitment & training and other tasks that ensured a successful opening· Handle all opening and closing responsibilities· Complete monthly inventory & place all recurring inventory orders for all food, beverage and dry products· Manage, monitor & track food and labor cost and daily/monthly sales· Create weekly schedules for all front & back of the house staff · Hire, train/retrain all team members· Attend corporate scheduled general manager meetings· Manage a team of 30+ staff members for various schedules· Ensure a high standard of service efficiency, sanitation and training and safety practices· Guarantee that all kitchen areas, equipment and appliances are cleaned and sanitized· Resolve customer complaints in a manner consistent with company policies and with customer satisfaction in mind· Responsible for payroll, performance reviews, disciplinary actions and other leadership duties
