VesselWise is an end-to-end, cloud-based, mobile-enabled platform for the management of all types of marine vessels. VesselWise will provide functionality for the various actors involved in the operation, management, acquisition and utility of vessels, including boat owners, captains, dealers, manufacturers, surveyors, contractors, brokers and more. The entry level functionality will focus on real-time collaboration in the identification and resolution of vessel-related issues.

I started Makconnic Inc. in my early days of crewing yachts. I gained a lot of experience in those early days, working hard to climb the ranks from deckhand to Captain. Whether it was a seasonal job, a yacht delivery, extra help during a heavy charter season, or a longer term position I had dug my heels in and absorbed as much information and knowledge as I could. Working for the most successful yacht dealer in the world for the next 9 years, I was given the opportunity to see the industry from another angle. I did this until 2017 when I was given the opportunity to move to Italy permanently and create a Quality Assurance Department for Azimut Yachts. In my 18 years of dedicating myself to the yachting industry (which doesn't include the prior years of working as a professional Scuba Diver), I learned the different perspectives and needs in this industry.
