The roles and responsibilities that I have for this internship is managing files and paperwork for small business clients who have policies in Life Insurance, Investment and Retirement. Most of the work involves making copies and scan PDF"s for numerous clients that the Financial Adviser that I work under needs to carry out business and conduct appointments.

To upload and provide notes to selected classes that I attend and advertise my product to generate views and sales for myself and the company. StudySoup is a college marketplace that provides selected people a platform to buy and sell notes from a wide variety of subjects.

My responsibilities for this internship was to promote the services of StudySoup around Pace and to recruit for people who wanted to work at StudySoup as Elite Notetakers through Blackboard and speaking in club events throughout campus about the company. It also included me having weekly meetings with the regional manager through webcam going over strategy to gain more recruits. The second part of internship dealt with managing the Elite Notetakers who signed up at Pace by giving them advice as to how to promote there notes and study guides and the avenues they could use utilizing Blackboard and Social media like Facebook and Twitter. I also had to record their activity on their account pages to see if they were active and report back to the manager with a spreadsheet of active and inactive participants.
