- Answer phones and assist customers with anything they need over the phone to the best of my abilities.- Assist customers in finding the type of floor their looking for, then help with picking a style and color.- Type itemized proposals and send them out to customers. Follow up with customer to ensure they've received the proposal and answer any additional questions as well as ask for the sale.- Place orders with our distributors for all products needed to complete each job. Track all orders through the order book and ensure the product comes in on time and is correct. Verify Amount, style, color, size, etc.

Help install and repair flooring such as carpet, vinyl and tile; both commercial and residential.- Haul needed tools and flooring items in, and move furniture if necessary.- Take the current floor up if needed, as well as trash it or haul it away as stated by the work order.- Prep the floor to get it clean and level in order to properly install the new floor. This could entail moving furniture, scraping, sweeping, vacuuming, patching, moisture and temperature testing etc.CARPET - Nail down tac strip and staple pad if necessary, sometimes glues are used (usually on commercial carpets such as carpet tiles). Then the carpet is layed down, seamed, stretched, and trimmed. Base is then installed if called for (usually commercially), as well as thresholds in doorways if applicable.TILE (Vinyls) - Glue and lay the tile, make necessary cuts around corners, edges, doorways and drains. Also glue and install base and shoe once the floor is layed down.TILE (Stones) - Mortar and lay the tile evenly spaced out, as well as make necessary cuts around corners, edges, doorways and drains. Grout is then applyed in the spacings when the mortar has dried. Also install base once the floor is layed down.VINYL PLANKS - Glue, unless it is a floating floor, in which case it is just layed down, usually locked together.- Clean new floor and haul out tools and waste.

-Find homeowners with original or broken windows as well as aged/damaged roofs and convince them to take advantage of a free estimate-Take down the homeowners info and find a time when all homeowners will be available within' a 4 day gap-Call in to the call center and have the homeowner repeat all info to the agent to ensure appointment is solid and the appointment time is available-Reiterate the time to homeowner as well as the benefits of getting the estimate on file. Also explain our companies credentials and the estimate process to homeowner. Giving the appointment the best chance to go out or demo; which helps avoid a cancellation or rescheduling of demo.

Assist American Express Cardmember's with the Membership Rewards program.- Answer American Express Card member's calls and utilize our Relationship Care principles throughout every call- Educate American Express Card members on the Membership Rewards program and how they may utilize their points- Enroll, link, de-link, and cancel Membership Rewards upon card member's requests- Transfer Membership Rewards points into partner Frequent Flyer miles & Frequent Guest programs - Redeem Membership Rewards points for gift cards & merchandise- Apply Membership Rewards points as statement credits towards travel & everyday charges.- Sell additional cards to cardmembers interested in adding additional cardmembers to their account

-Create a network of distributors to use, sample, and sell the products Amway offers-Find a network of customers that need and/or enjoy the products Amway offers-Promote and Market Amway’s products and business opportunity

Sell Cox cable, internet, and phone services inside Wal-Marts and Best Buys.

-Loaded packages into trailers in a safe, quick, and efficient manner-Scanned and checked each package so each package made it to the correct destination-Sorted heavy and bulk boxes that could not be put onto the belts -Helped teammates load packages so that nobody fell behind-Sorted out mis-loads and put them back onto the belt
