I am currently leading a team of Production Planners, Changeover Planners, Traffic Coordinators, NPM Buyers, and a Production Scheduler. Being a part of this diverse team has me learning daily in an extremely fast-paced production environment. While keeping everyone on this 13 person shipped aimed in the same direct can be challenging, the reward and satisfaction of achieving success is something I've never felt in another role.Previously, I was a Core Management Analyst in the Aftermarket sector of Daimler Trucks North America. Interfacing with both Suppliers and Customer base was a daily occurrence as the team worked to provide the best Customer Experience for Remanufactured auto parts (those with a core charge).Prior to obtaining my MBA from Clemson, I was involved in finance, real estate management, and accounting. I worked with real estate leaders, Home Properties and Morgan Management, to enhance their accounting processes and foster relationships with property management. Moving forward, I intend to use my experience, coupled with my enhanced leadership skills, to lead teams to their highest potential.I am a success-driven and motivated individual looking for unique opportunities in the automotive, aerospace, and defense contracting industries.
