In this role I was the primary touchpoint for new hire shadowing and worked through team-specific training content creation (both one off training needs & the procedural day to day). I also helped facilitate change management and identified new training opportunities.

Finalized bill of ladings for payment processing. Updated buyers and sellers on past due deliveries. Resolved differences between dealer partners and third party carriers that arose from damages that may have been caused during transportation. Performed damage claim review, claim approval and special projects. Researched all issues and recommended final decision on all post auction damages.

Throughout my many years at Wegman's I was able to work almost every aspect of the front end. The front end is considered to be the first line of defense for customer service at our stores. It all starts with us. This position allowed me to utilize my communication and problem solving skills. New problems are inevitable weather it be consumer or Wegman's related. I thrive at this as I am a a good problem solver and a very personable person who is easy to communicate with. My duties on the front end included cashing, maintenance, helping hands, food demo's and ICS (Incredible Customer Service).

During my time interning with M&T Bank I worked and shadowed two different teams in the Banking Services and Regulatory Support department. This allowed me to gain experience in multiple different aspects of the bank. I was also able to work alongside MDP members. Some of my duties involved hardware reconciliation and tracking, vault inventory for drilled safe deposit boxes and creating capacity plans, budgeting/financial plans and updating procedure templates.

At Kan-Jam, LLC I was able to give input on the creative side of their business. Since my age range was their primary target market, my opinions were very valuable. Some of these creative aspects included logos, names and color schemes and alternative game concepts. I was also able to assist in marketing their products at my college campus and developed a prototype of my own.
