I started in software testing and college recruiting, which eventually opened the door to work for a company that I had an affinity for.I never imagined that I would have the opportunity to work at Games Workshop. I found the Warhammer hobby at the age of 13 and was instantly hooked on building and painting miniatures. I knew that I had to apply when I learned of a sales rep position at the distribution center in Memphis in the early 2010s. I’ve been with the company ever since.As a sales representative, I focused on recruiting and maintaining long term customers. I provided exceptional customer service, assisted in retaining clients that were contemplating dropping our line, and pushed our revenue to new heights. After being successful in this role for 5 years, I took on a new challenge in the logistics and operations space. In this role, I ensure customers receive all products on time. I do this by staying innovative, improving internal processes, and by keeping a keen eye on large swathes of shipping data. This role has provided the added benefit of a deeper understanding in other areas of the business such as warehousing and inventory management. My specialities include a high attention to detail and a love for analysis and continuous improvement. I have over a decade of experience in sales, logistics, data analysis, and software testing. Ultimately everything I do is about making things better than they were yesterday and providing a seamless string of improvements for our customers.
