Brandon Sillaro is a New York based photographer and videographer, currently living in Long Island, New York. His passion for visual arts developed at Purchase College in New York where he received a B.A in New Media. He entered as a highly recruited basketball player and left a passionate and inspired artist.He found early success in street photography; capturing raw and authentic moments of which one of his idols, Henri Cartier-Bresson, describes as “the decisive moment”. His ability to seamlessly blend into any environment and produce a precisely timed, unique photograph, led him to his first solo exhibition gallery at Purchase College.After graduating, Brandon worked vigorously to combine his passion for photography and love for music. His hard work and perseverance quickly gained recognition and introduced him to many clients in the live music and entertainment industry. He continues to pursue and develop his passion for live performance photography and hopes to one-day tour with artists who share similar dedication and vigor toward their craft. He is currently booking for 2018.Today, Brandon is continually growing and expanding his photography business. Most recently, he was commissioned by Building Humanity to film and document the children of the Felix Family Village in Surat Thani, Thailand. This project sparked a special interest in traveling and making a positive impact on different cultures around the world.
