Supports National Accounts Services clients on PC/Payroll, Payforce, Enterprise, Vantage, Portal, 401(K) and HR/Payroll/Benefits by providing guidance and research in response to a wide variety of questions and issues by clients regarding payroll practices and tax considerations, taking into account the differences across states and localities. This includes interface with third party vendors that provide services to our clients. Provide application support to client users which include instruction, navigation, troubleshooting, maintenance and evaluations to determine solutions and alternatives.

Assist in day to day operations of the company which sells and rents exercise equipments for health clubs, institutions, home use, rental properties, hotels, personal trainers and general consumers. Responsible for general office administrative duties which includes preparing the payroll, answering phone calls, updating account billing and communication with clients. Provide technical support to clients and staff on products and maintain internet sales.
