Ensure operations are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Nexeo policies and procedures. Drive continuous improvement in operations including process optimization, supply chain optimization, EH&S performance, cost reductions, people development, and budgeting. Develop & implement operational strategies for IRM locations in North America. Set operational policies to ensure individual sites meet profitability, efficiency, and safety goals. Manage direct report team of On-site managers at multiple locations across North America (8 States) Interface directly with customers to implement On-site operations and ensure on-going satisfactory performance levels. Support ongoing contract negotiations, proposals, and bids through effective relationship management. Work in conjunction with North America-IRM National Business Manager to develop new programs and services. Assist in the Strategic Planning Process for the ES LOB. Coordinate with Regional Logistics & Compliance Managers to standardize IRM site operational objectives, safety & compliance policies, and to implement Best Management Practices at ES IRM sites nationwide. Perform cost analysis and coordinate purchasing of all IRM equipment needs. Support IRM sellers throughout the sales process during site walks and proposal preparation process as necessary.
